Rates are inclusive of a starter breakfast hamper and all linen and towels.

Terms: All quoted rates are inclusive of GST. A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings, fully refundable until 4 weeks prior to arrival. Balance is payable 5 days prior to arrival. A $1000 security deposit is required for each house. Only guests of Peppers Creek Accommodation are permitted at the houses- no functions allowed.
